Rules

Review guidelines

Short, because they have to be followed, not admired.

Write about your own experience

You ordered, or tried to. Say what happened: what you paid, how you paid, when it arrived, what came with it, how support treated you. That is what the next buyer needs.

Say what happened, for you

What you ordered, what arrived, how it went, what you noticed. Write it as your own experience, because that is what it is. Nothing on VouchFox is medical advice and readers are told so.

No reviews of your own company

Or a competitor’s. Vendors who do this lose their profile and the reviews are marked in public.

One review per order experience

One email address, one review per vendor. If things change, contact us and we will help you update it.

No personal information

No names of staff, no addresses, no order numbers, no screenshots of chats. Describe the behaviour, not the person.

Vendors

Reply to any review once, in public. Flag a review if you believe it is fake, is about a different company, or breaks these rules. Give the reason; “it is negative” is not one. Never offer anything in exchange for a review or a changed review.

Reviews describe personal experience and are not medical advice. VouchFox does not sell, test or endorse any product.

Disputes and removals

A vendor who believes a review breaks these rules flags it from their dashboard with a reason. A person reads the review and the reason within five working days and either leaves it up, hides it, or removes it. A review is never removed for being negative, for naming a real problem, or because the vendor asked. It is removed when it is not about a purchase, when it is written by the vendor or a competitor, or when it contains personal data. The writer is told when their review is removed and why.

Your data

Reviewers can ask for their review, name and email to be deleted. We delete within 30 days and confirm by email. A vendor cannot ask this on a reviewer’s behalf.
