What VouchFox is

VouchFox is a platform where consumers publish opinions about their experience with online vendors, and where vendors may respond. VouchFox does not sell, ship, test, endorse or recommend any product, and is not a party to any transaction between a reviewer and a vendor.

Reviews are opinions

Reviews are written by users and reflect their personal experience and opinion. VouchFox does not verify the accuracy of any statement in a review. Nothing on this site is medical, legal or financial advice.

Your content

You keep ownership of what you write and grant VouchFox a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display, distribute and quote it, including in the embed widget and in search. You confirm your review is your own genuine experience and follows the review guidelines.

Vendors

Claiming a profile requires proof of control of the company’s domain. Vendors may respond to and flag reviews. Vendors may not edit or remove reviews, offer incentives for reviews, or write reviews of their own or a competitor’s company. Breach results in loss of the profile and public annotation.

Moderation

VouchFox may hold, unpublish or remove content that breaks the guidelines or the law, and may suspend accounts. Decisions may be appealed by email. VouchFox is not obliged to remove a review because a vendor disputes it.

Liability

The service is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law, VouchFox is not liable for any loss arising from reliance on content published on the site or from any transaction with a vendor listed here.
